Fresh made, hand made, every day, our Mozzarella is made using machinery directly from Italy. We use only the best whole milk curd which helps create that marshmallow-like texture that is both creamy and consistent. When you cut it open, we think that's when the real magic happens. You can see the layering and the milkiness in every slice.

Orders placed after Tuesday 1pm Eastern Time will be shipped the following Monday to ensure delivery before the weekend. We do not ship perishables on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Horrible

Horrible. Everything was spoiled, poorly packaged, ice was melted and HOT because it’s 90 degrees outside. More attention was paid towards cushioning than keeping things cold. II will never buy anything from this place again. I tossed EVERYTHING. They resent a new order and I got the same thing SPOILED FOOD. I tossed everything again but I did keep the olive oil and balsamic glaze, both of which are very good quality and flavorful.
